So, this week i have reached a all new personal best on a couple of things, and i am so excited about it!
First, i have worked out 5 times since tuesday. Kel and i have even used up our date time to swim and workout together. I have developed my own personal workouts and meal plan and it is going very well in just one week. i did all the research, all the nutritional facts, and all the work to create it! On top of that i have stuck with it for a week. For those of you who don't know me i usually make it about 3 days before giving up and quitting.
Also, not only am i working hard to keep up with my workouts, i have acutally been workin gon my running. today i ran 1/2 a mile in 2 seperate 1/4 mile incriments. I know to a lot of people that is nothing, but for me and all i have been through this is the biggest milestone i could have ever hoped to wish in my first week. I am not pushing things, and not ever running every day! instead i am working hard to bring myself up to the point wher ei can run a 5k without injury. I have always though running was something for everyone else, but i am so pumped that i can run 1/2 a mile wiht no injury i can't help but aim high (and yes a 5k is high for me, the girls who can't run without injury) !
So thanks for all the people who are encouraging me..... it means a lot every time i here "good work" or "i'm proud!" i am past the point of caring if i loose any weight, i just want to feel and look good everyday!
