I Finally got a RESTFUL nights sleep!

GOOD NEWS WORLD~ my internship was approved. I have been waiting all semester to hear the wonderful words that every graduating senior in the KNR department want to hear "your internship has been approved, congratulations, now turn in your paperwork." I had been especially nervous because my own personal criteria was a bit tougher than most! i wanted to stay close to home (to live at home and save money), i needed it to pay me something, and i really really wanted it to be somewhere i know and am comfortable with. There was in fact only one place that met all these requirements, Little Jewel's Learning Center in Bloomington. I did all the dirty work and it was up to ISU to approve it.

I waited very impatiently for a week and a few days until i heard that it got approved! (good thing, because it was too late to apply to any other that fit my criteria and i was SCREWED if it wasn't approved.) For the first time this semester i slept Tuesday night (monday i was up late and tuesday i was up early AM) i went to bed at 7:45pm and did not wake up until 7:30am. It was a restful nights sleep in which i got to wash away all my worries and stress and enjoy the fact that i am graduating, only a handful of days and assignements stand in my way. I will graduate, do my internship at the place i want, receive my diploma and see how fast i can get a job in the field i want!

I AM SO EXCITED! my parents are pumped, minus the 6 months living with Sara part!
